What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone
number, and we keep a record of what you bought. When you request a quote or book a test ride
we collect your name, email address and whichever city you selected. When you browse the site
we collect anonymous usage statistics through our own analytics, which do not identify you.

Why we collect it

Order information is used to fulfil and support your order, including warranty claims, and
we are required to retain it for tax purposes. Contact form submissions are used to answer
your enquiry and are deleted after twenty-four months. Usage statistics are used to understand
which pages are useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party
advertising or social media tracking on this site.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor handles card details directly and we never see or store them. Our
shipping partners receive your name, address and phone number for the delivery. Our service
points receive your order record when you bring a bike in for warranty work.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us
to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the address on our contact page
and we will respond within thirty days.
