Before you write
Yes, at any of our twelve service points. The four flagship workshops hold every frame size in stock; the others keep one bike per series and can bring your size in within a week. You do not need an appointment, but if you want a specific model and size waiting for you, call the workshop the day before.
Capacity, and nothing else. The Extended pack is physically the same size and fits the same frame slot — it uses higher-density cells. On a City frame it takes range from 88 km to roughly 140 km in eco mode. The charger, the mount and the lock are identical, so you can buy a second pack later and swap between them.
Every bike page has a fit table with rider heights. If you are within two centimetres of a boundary, take the smaller frame — the seatpost and stem give you more upward adjustment than downward. Cargo frames are one size and adjust across the whole range.
